Welcome to the 2025 Mother Lode Fair Online Entries System for JUNIOR LIVESTOCK ENTRIES.

 

By submitting entries and documents online, the exhibitor and their agents, parents and leaders acknowledge and agree that they: (1) Understand and have read the State Rules and local fair rules; (2) Agree to abide by them; (3) Certify that all information on the entry form is true and accurate; and (4) Agree to comply with the fair's decision regarding any alleged violation of the State or Local Rules. In the event that it is determined there has been unethical treatment of animals or violation of state or federal regulations or of state or local fair drug policy rules, exhibitor names will be forwarded to the Fairs and Expositions Branch as well as given to the network of California fairs and to appropriate government agencies.  

 

Age and DOB are required for all livestock exhibitors to ensure correct Division placement.

 

Junior Livestock Exhibitors:  You are required to enter an appropriate Showmanship class for EACH SPECIES EXHIBITED.  Failure to do so may result in disqualification of all entries.  Showmanship Divisions (showmanship levels) and Classes (species) are listed with each species.

 

All Junior Livestock Exhibitors are required to complete the YQCA course every year, per the State Rules.  Please enter the YQCA Certificate Division (Division 1 ) under 2025 Livestock Requirements, and upload your YQCA certificate with your online entries when prompted to do so.  Exhibitor Wristbands will not be issued until a YQCA Certificate is received.

 

Market animal exhibitors must upload their Bill of Sale as directed after checkout. Exhibitors with market swine MUST also upload their Prop 12 certification.

 

Exhibitors with registered breeding animals must upload their registration papers as directed after checkout.

 

2025 LIVESTOCK REQUIREMENTS AND EXTRAS ARE ON THE ITEMS PAGE PRIOR TO CHECKOUT!

 

INSURANCE:  Junior Livestock Exhibitors are required to pay an $8 insurance fee.  This fee will be automatically added to your entry on the Items page.

 

EXHIBITOR WRISTBAND:  Exhibitors will receive one (1) exhibitor wristband with their entry.  Exhibitor packets will not be released without a current YQCA certificate on file!

 

PARENT/GUARDIAN WRISTBANDS: Livestock Exhibitors are eligible to purchase a maximum of six (6) wristbands for parents/guardians and siblings under age 18 ONLY.  (Wristbands may not be shared with others.)  

 

PARKING PERMITS:  Livestock parking passes are available for purchase - ONE (1) PER LIVESTOCK FAMILY.  There are a limited number of Livestock Parking spaces available.  Families requesting more than 1 parking will have their names placed on a wait list until June 20th.  Parking passes are for assigned numbered spaces in the Livestock lot.
